Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Sales

Representative will visit existing and potential customers, present product offerings, and promote the company’s chicken and egg products to retailers, distributors, and institutional clients. Daily activities include generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, negotiating pricing within guidelines, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends, collecting customer feedback, coordinating with operations and logistics teams on orders and deliveries, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

Representative is expected to build long-term relationships, provide prompt customer service, and represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in field sales, account management, or business development, preferably in FMCG, food, or agriculture-related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones or computers for reporting, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Good understanding of local markets in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in poultry, meat, or food product sales is an added benefit.
- Comfort with in office work, including regular customer visits and coordination with warehouse or distribution teams.
