1. Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute strategies to generate new corporate business and achieve assigned revenue targets.

- Identify potential corporate clients through networking, references, market research, industry contacts, and business development activities.

- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline and regularly review lead status and conversion opportunities.

- Generate new enquiries and convert prospects into confirmed business.

- Prepare and review proposals, presentations, quotations, budgets, and commercial submissions.

- Lead client pitches, presentations, negotiations, and business meetings.

- Negotiate pricing, scope, commercial terms, and contracts while maintaining profitability.

- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Monitor competitors, market trends, and new opportunities within the corporate events industry.

Event Planning & Operations

- Take ownership of the complete event lifecycle from enquiry and conceptualization to execution and closure.





- Lead planning and execution of corporate conferences, annual meets, dealer meets, exhibitions, employee engagement programs, award functions, product launches, offsites, meetings, and other corporate events.

- Develop event execution plans, timelines, checklists, budgets, and responsibility matrices.

- Coordinate with creative, production, technical, logistics, hospitality, venue, transportation, and other event teams.

- Conduct site visits and supervise venue preparation, setup, rehearsals, event execution, and dismantling.

- Ensure all deliverables are executed according to approved concepts, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

- Monitor event-day operations and take quick decisions to resolve operational challenges.

- Ensure proper post-event closure, documentation, billing, and client feedback.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
