About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to strengthen our sales team in Koraput / Nabarangpur district.

The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development in any industry and be comfortable with extensive field visits, customer interaction, dealer/distributor handling, and achieving sales targets.

Experience in plywood, laminates, building materials, FMCG, consumer durables, telecom, electrical, paints, hardware, or similar industries will be an advantage, but candidates from other sales backgrounds are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and other potential customers.
- Develop new customers and expand the existing customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
- Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities within the territory.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Ensure regular market coverage and monitor competitor activities.
- Collect market feedback regarding pricing, products, demand, and competition.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market visit reports.




- Ensure proper product visibility and market presence.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Candidate ProfileRequired
- 1–3 years of sales experience in any industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Koraput / Nabarangpur district.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile-based reporting.
- Must be comfortable working in a field sales role.

Compensation ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Additional: Applicable sales incentives / allowances as per company policy.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
