Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive will work on-site in Kochi in a full-time capacity, promoting Offenso Hackers Academy’s cybersecurity programs to prospective students, partners, and organizations. In this role, the executive will conduct market research, identify target segments, and develop marketing plans that align with the academy’s growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, managing inquiries, conducting consultations, and converting prospects through effective sales presentations and follow-ups.





The role involves coordinating campaigns across online and offline channels, supporting events and workshops, and maintaining solid relationships with educational institutions and corporate stakeholders. The executive will collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, track performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and build effective outreach strategies.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for presentations, counseling sessions, and stakeholder engagement.

- Candidates should possess Sales skills for lead generation, pipeline management, and closing enrollments.

- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to execute campaigns, manage promotional activities, and support brand visibility.

- Relevant experience in education, training, or technology sectors is beneficial.
