Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting NexEra’s HR and workforce solutions to existing and potential clients. This temporary, on-site role is based in Bhandup and involves identifying prospects, conducting client meetings, and presenting relevant service offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include executing sales outreach, supporting marketing campaigns, gathering market intelligence, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves preparing sales reports,



coordinating with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations, and contributing ideas to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The executive is expected to work collaboratively, meet defined targets, and uphold NexEra’s customer-centric and qualified standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to support campaign execution and brand positioning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales to drive lead conversion, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Relevant experience in B2B services, HR solutions, or professional services sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhandup, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital channels for sales and marketing activities.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 wheeler is required.
