Swid Renewables Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with a core focus on backend lead generation, customer coordination, campaign execution and CRM management .

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential commercial and industrial customers.
- Identify decision-makers and develop a verified prospect database.
- Generate leads through email campaigns, telecalling, LinkedIn, industry databases, webinars, events and channel partners.
- Conduct preliminary lead qualification and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Team member.
- Coordinate customer meetings, reminders, presentations and follow-ups.
- Maintain complete and accurate lead, campaign and communication records in the CRM.
- Monitor marketing-generated leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Support exhibitions, webinars, industry events and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate approved customer-facing materials with the Branding and Sales Teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation and campaign reports.





Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, backend marketing, telemarketing, market research, CRM management or customer coordination.
- Strong communication, online research, Excel, email drafting and follow-up skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of CRM systems and lead-management processes.
- Ability to work with daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Experience in solar energy, renewable energy, EPC, industrial products or B2B services will be preferred.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi will be an advantage.
