Sales Manager – Wall Decor Pro /n We are looking for a Sales Manager to effectively manage and convert leads provided by the company and drive sales for our wall décor products.Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Handle company-provided leads and ensure timely and effective follow-ups .

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project needs.

/n

- Present and recommend suitable Wall Decor Pro products .

/n

- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close deals .

/n

- Maintain regular follow-ups until the sale is completed.

/n

- Update leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales in the CRM.

/n

- Coordinate with Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams after closing the deal.

/n

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a positive conversion rate.

/n

- Guide and support the sales team when required.





/n Requirements /n /n

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience ;

experience in interior, décor, building materials, or related industries is preferred.

/n

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

/n

- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.

/n

- Strong sales and deal-closing skills.

/n

- Target-oriented and customer-focused.

/n

- Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel preferred.
