The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in inside sales/tele-sales, and the ability to improve team productivity and conversions.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Inside Sales/Academic Counselor team. Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets. Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM. Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.

Train new sales executives on sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques. Analyze sales reports and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.

Coordinate with Marketing and Webinar teams for lead conversion.



Handle escalated customer queries and support high-value closures. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
