Generate and follow up on leads through calls, digital inquiries, referrals, and other channels. Understand clients’ requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives. Present and explain residential/commercial real estate projects, including pricing, specifications, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
Arrange and conduct property/project site visits with prospective customers. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients throughout the sales process. Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, and conversions in CRM. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, developers, and customers to ensure smooth transactions.
