Premier Housing & Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting real estate projects, handling customer enquiries, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Make calls to potential customers and explain property/project details.
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange and accompany customers for property/site visits.
- Conduct customer meetings and provide complete project information.
- Coordinate with the Telecalling, Marketing and Sales teams.
- Maintain customer records, follow-up details and daily activity reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Requirements
- Any UG qualification.
- experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work in the field and meet customers.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate sales/marketing will be an added advantage.
