- Lead and manage the jewellery showroom sales team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle VIP and high-value customers.
- Drive customer walk-ins, conversions and repeat sales.
- Train and motivate sales staff.
- Monitor daily sales, leads and team performance.
- Maintain excellent customer service and showroom standards.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations and complaints.
- Develop local customer relationships and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with inventory, billing and management teams.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Support festive promotions, events and marketing activities.
