Sales Manager Loan & BFSI
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Generate leads and develop current business opportunities.
- Handle client meetings and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor daily sales, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Train and guide Sales Executives/TL.
- Coordinate with RM, Telecalling, and other departments.
- Prepare daily/monthly sales reports.
- Ensure company policies and sales procedures are followed.
