We are hiring for the position of Sales Manager (B2B) – Building Material Industry.

Location: Assam /Bhopal/Indore

Experienced candidates from Plywood, Laminate, and Building Material industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and strengthen dealer & distributor network across the assigned territory
- Drive channel sales through dealers, distributors, and retail partners
- Appoint new channel partners and maintain strong business relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors for business development
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch,



and payment follow-up• Ensure timely collection and outstanding managementCandidate Requirements
- Candidates from Plywood, Laminate, Veneer, Hardware, Building Material, or related industries will be preferred• Positive market network
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively

Education: Any Graduate | MBA/PGDM preferred
