Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, references, and market research.

- Identify and develop potential clients and convert leads into business.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.

- Conduct regular client meetings and understand their business requirements.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

- Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and MIS.

- Follow up with clients for business closures, renewals, and payments where required.

- Manage and motivate the sales team to improve overall performance.





- Identify new markets and expand the company's customer base.

- Travel within the assigned region for client meetings and business development activities.

Requirements:

- Graduate degree required; Post Graduation/MBA preferred.

- 5-15 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Corporate Sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

- Strong lead generation and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong client relationship management skills.

- Ability to handle corporate clients and key accounts.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting/MIS.

- Robust market networking and business development ability.

- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
