Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler Automobile

Experience: 3–6 years in automobile/two-wheeler sales, with relevant team-handling experience

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the two-wheeler sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase showroom and retail sales.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.
- Ensure proper customer handling and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor test rides, bookings, retail deliveries, and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and other departments for smooth delivery processes.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the sales team.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and local sales opportunities.




- Plan and execute promotional activities, customer meets, and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, showroom processes, and brand standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in two-wheeler/automobile sales.
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of the local automobile market.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and team-management capabilities.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
