Role Overview

We are hiring fresh graduates to join our Business Development team in corporate real estate. This role offers hands‑on exposure to projects, customer engagement, and market analysis, with structured training to build a strong career in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

- Learn and master details of ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Explain Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) clearly to customers.
- Deliver impactful presentations (in‑person & virtual).
- Conduct market studies to track competitors and trends.
- Generate and schedule customer appointments.
- Support senior managers in client meetings, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Use CRM and digital tools to manage leads and track interactions.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new projects.
- Confidence in customer engagement.




- Analytical mindset with interest in market research.
- Proficiency in MS Office & virtual presentation platforms.

Eligibility
- Fresh MBA (Marketing preferred) or Graduates with interest in Business Development.
- Passion for real estate, sales, and customer engagement.
- Exposure to sales/marketing is an added advantage.
