Field Sales Executive: Modern Trade & Wellness Channel

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive offline sales and expand the presence of our Kombucha wellness drink products across gyms, fitness centres, wellness centres, malls, cafs, health stores and other relevant retail outlets in Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of field sales/business development experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages, health & wellness, nutrition, supplements or similar consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit gyms, wellness centres, malls, cafs, health stores and other potential outlets to generate new business.
- Introduce and demonstrate Cha Cha Boocha products to outlet owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Develop current retail partnerships and secure product placements.
- Organise product sampling and small promotional activities at suitable locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing outlets to generate repeat orders.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop the assigned territory.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and customers.
- Track daily visits, leads, conversions, orders and collections.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales and outlet-acquisition targets.
- Provide regular market feedback on customer response, competitor products and pricing.

Candidate Profile

- 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales / business development.
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, health & wellness, fitness, nutrition or food products preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.




- Comfortable with extensive field visits across Delhi NCR.
- Self-motivated and capable of developing new accounts independently.
- Existing relationships with gyms, wellness centres, cafs or retail outlets would be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally preferred.

Compensation Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Attractive Sales Incentives

Performance incentives can be linked to new outlet acquisition, sales value and repeat orders.
