Duration: 3 months (Can extend to full-time if performing well)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will call, message, and meet students and businesses across India who need:

· Thesis writing (₹10K-50K)

· Website development (₹10K-1L)

· Research papers (₹5K-30K)

· App development (₹50k-5L)

· And 1000+ other services

Your job: Explain our service → Answer questions → Close the deal

TARGETS YOU MUST ACHIEVE

MINIMUM MONTHLY TARGET: ₹80,000 in sales.

This can come from

✓ 8 thesis projects (₹10K each) = ₹80K

✓ 4 website projects (₹20K each) = ₹80K

✓ Mix of services (2 websites + 4 thesis) = ₹80K

✓ Any combination that reaches ₹80K

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T REACH ₹80K:

- Below ₹60K: Salary reduced 40%
- ₹60K-₹80K: Salary reduced 20-30%
- Above ₹80K: Full salary + bonus

SALARY & BENEFITS

Base Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (if target met)





Commission: 10% on every sale

(Example: ₹10K project = ₹1K commission)

WORKING HOURS

Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours) Sunday: Off (rest day)

Lunch: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (1 hour)

Total: 45 hours per week
