Role Description The Sales Intern will support Weskill’s growth by engaging with prospective students and institutional partners, explaining training programs, and assisting in converting leads into enrollments. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outreach calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and attending meetings or demos, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The intern will collaborate with the sales and training teams to understand offerings, refine messaging, and provide feedback from prospects to improve processes.





This is an internship role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility while requiring periodic in-person presence for meetings and team activities.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, address queries, and build positive relationships.
- Foundational Sales skills with an interest in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion in an education or training environment.
- Ability to support Training and Sales Management activities, including coordinating sessions and maintaining organized sales records.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree; interest in edtech, career development, or business is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Gurugram, with basic proficiency in CRM or spreadsheet tools and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

Stipend : 10000-15000/ per month based on performance

If PPO is provided , the CTC would be in range from 3LPA to 6LPA
