Role Description The Sales Intern role is an internship position designed to support the sales and guest relations efforts at Two Birds Nest. This is a hybrid role, based in Vishakhapatnam, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as lead follow-up, maintaining CRM records, and preparing sales reports. On-site responsibilities may include assisting with property tours, supporting event inquiries, coordinating with the operations team, and helping manage customer communication before and after bookings.

The intern will contribute to identifying potential clients, learning basic sales processes,



and supporting customer service activities to enhance guest satisfaction. The role offers hands-on exposure to hospitality sales, event-focused marketing support, and training in skilled communication and sales techniques.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with guests and responding to inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-up, and basic reporting.
- Candidates should possess an ability to learn quickly and engage in Training opportunities related to hospitality sales and event coordination.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, including use of email, spreadsheets, and CRM or similar systems.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Vishakhapatnam, with reliable internet access for remote tasks.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
