We're Hiring: Sales Intern (Cold Calling)

We're looking for a Sales Intern who'll spend most of their time on the phone, cold calling prospective clinics and having real conversations with potential clients. Some exposure to cold calling is a plus, but we're mainly looking for someone willing to learn and get better at it on the job.

What you'll be doing:

- Cold calling prospective clinics and decision-makers; this will be the bulk of your day-to-day
- Following call scripts and talking points, and learning how to adapt them as you go
- Handling objections, answering basic questions, and booking calls/demos for the sales team
- Logging call outcomes and notes in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
- Following up with prospects over call, email, or SMS after initial conversations
- Supporting lead generation when needed: building prospect lists and researching clinics using tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo
- Learning how to automate parts of your workflow with AI, and applying it hands-on while you're in the role

What we're looking for:

- Excellent communication skills.



You'll be speaking directly with clients, so this matters a lot, even if you've never made a cold call before
- Some exposure to calling or client-facing work is a plus, but not required. We're looking for people willing to learn and improve
- Comfortable picking up the phone repeatedly and staying consistent, even after a string of no's
- Curious, coachable, and open to feedback on how you speak and pitch
- Comfortable with the basics: Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools (we'll train you)
- Final-year students and freshers are welcome to apply
