COMMUNICATIONS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE JD Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, email and other channels. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/engineering team. Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders. Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop long-term relationships. Coordinate orders from enquiry through production, dispatch and installation.

Handle customer queries and coordinate with service/engineering teams for resolution. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer interactions. Follow up on outstanding payments where required.

Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining CRM/ERP records. Coordinate customer visits, demonstrations, exhibitions and sales meetings. Travel to customer locations when required. Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production and Service departments.
