Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling and client visits.
- Identify and approach potential clients for advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with clients for closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update client information.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Advertising / Media / Marketing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of local markets and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Candidates who can independently handle client acquisition and business development will be preferred.
