We’re Hiring: Sales Executive

Taxplan Advisor is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, build solid client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Work Mode: On-site / Full-Time

Compensation: ₹1,00,000

Additional Benefits: PF, ESIC & other company benefits

What You’ll Handle:

- Generate and follow up with potential leads
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates
- Contribute to business growth and customer acquisition

Who We’re Looking For:

- 1+ years of experience in sales/business development preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Confident in handling calls and client conversations
- Good convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers
- Basic knowledge of CRM/sales tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive follow-up and relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
