A salesman in a glass installation and welding company sells custom glass products, metal framing, and structural welding services to residential or commercial clients.

Main Duties :-

- Client Consultation: Meet with homeowners, contractors, or architects to discuss project requirements, design choices, and budget.
- Technical Estimating: Read blueprints and site measurements to calculate material costs for glass panes, frames, and welding.
- Lead Generation: Find new construction projects, bid on commercial contracts, and build networks with builders.
- Project Coordination: Bridge the gap between the client and the workshop/installation crew to ensure specifications are met.
- After-Sales Support: Handle client questions, resolve delivery or installation issues,



and secure repeat business.

Required Skills
- Product Knowledge: Understanding glass types (tempered, laminated, insulated) and welding processes or structural metals.
- Communication: Explaining technical details simply and negotiating contracts effectively.
- Blueprint Literacy: Reading architectural drawings to estimate exact dimensions and material needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
