We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to identify, approach, and onboard retail stores onto the Soulocal quick commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with store owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and visit potential retail stores, supermarkets, and local businesses.

- Explain the benefits of partnering with the Soulocal platform.

- Acquire new store partners and complete the onboarding process.

- Collect and verify all required KYC and business documents.

- Coordinate with the catalog and operations teams for smooth store activation.

- Ensure product listings and store information are accurate.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners.

- Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective merchants.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.





- Resolve initial onboarding issues by coordinating with internal teams.

- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

- Ability to work independently in the field.
