Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving sales of RETINAi CCTV Camera products and accessories. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and engaging new customers, managing existing client accounts, and presenting product features and benefits to distributors, installers, and corporate clients.

The Sales

Executive will prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up on inquiries to close sales. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on order processing, delivery status, and after-sales support,



as well as maintaining accurate sales records and reports. This position also requires monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in outbound and inbound sales, customer relationship management, and account management.
- Ability to conduct product presentations, explain technical features in simple terms, and handle basic technical queries related to CCTV and accessories.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a focus on consultative selling and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to manage leads, pipeline, and sales reporting.
- Knowledge or experience in CCTV, security systems, or related hardware products is highly beneficial.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting while meeting sales targets.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet clients or attend industry events, if required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical sales experience.
