Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through calls, meetings, and company-provided leads.
- Explain properties, understand client requirements, and arrange site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospects and drive the sales process from lead to closure.
- Support negotiations and complete required sales documentation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Positive knowledge of the Noida real estate market.

Requirements.

- Candidates should be available for an interview in Noida.
- Strong knowledge of Noida locations and real estate market.
- Competitive budget for candidates with strong real estate sales experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
