We are looking for Sales Executives to drive sales and expand the dealer/distributor network across Varanasi, Azamgarh and Jaunpur.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the dealer and distributor network.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Develop new dealers/distributors and expand market coverage.
- Generate orders through product demonstrations, schemes and pricing discussions.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and customers.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries and payment collections.
- Communicate product schemes, offers and pricing to customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and understand customer requirements.
- Resolve customer/dealer issues and coordinate with internal teams.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.
- Work towards increasing brand visibility and market penetration.

Candidate Requirements
- 16 years of experience in Sales / B2B / Channel / Dealer / Distributor Sales.




- Prior experience in any of the following industries is mandatory:
- Electrical & Lighting
- Plumbing & Piping
- Hardware & Paints
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong dealer/distributor network management experience preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willing to work extensively in the field.
- Candidates with Varanasi, Azamgarh, Jaunpur or Uttar Pradesh market knowledge will be preferred.

Field Work & Travel
- MondaySaturday
- Minimum 10 hours on the field.
- Travel for approximately 15+ days per month.
- Candidate will cover 45 districts within the assigned territory.
