Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales activities to achieve targets and grow revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in service sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Sales Executive Activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build robust relationships with customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in using software such as Mod (modular) platforms for managing sales data.
