We need a friendly and motivated Counter Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the main face of our store. You will welcome visitors, answer questions, share product details, and process sales to ensure every customer leaves happy.

Role & responsibilities :

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and offer helpful product suggestions.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and explain the features and perks of our items to boost sales.
- Store Upkeep: Keep the sales counter, displays, and nearby shelves clean, neat, and fully stocked.
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, report shortages, and help restock items.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or returns with patience and care

Preferred candidate profile :

- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and basic math skills.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using a computer.
- Personality: Outgoing, professional appearance, and able to multitask in busy environments.
