Umaga Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is the company behind BrainPi Innovation Lab, setting up and running school-based STEM labs across India in Robotics, AI, IoT, Drones, and AR/VR. We work closely with schools to bring future-ready, hands-on learning to students.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This role involves connecting with schools, understanding their needs, and promoting our STEM lab solutions. It's a great chance for freshers looking to build a career in EdTech sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach schools for BrainPi's STEM lab programs
- Generate leads through calls, field visits, and referrals
- Explain product offerings and benefits to school management/decision-makers
- Schedule and attend meetings/demos with prospective schools
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets




- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions (CRM or reporting sheet)
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of new clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers welcome; 0–1 year of experience
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Willingness to travel locally for school visits
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

- Prior internship or academic project in sales/marketing
- Interest in the education or EdTech sector

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives (add figure if you'd like it listed)
