Job Summary

Roljack Asia Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, references, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up with customers to close sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular records of customer interactions,



sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
