Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through calls, visits, referrals, and online platforms.

- Meet clients and understand their construction/building requirements.

- Present company projects, services, and quotations to potential clients.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

- Coordinate with the design, project, and technical teams for client requirements.

- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.

Qualification & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in sales/BDE, preferably in construction or real estate.

- Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
