Sales Executive – Real Estate Location: Manjri Khurd, Pune Experience: Minimum 2 years in Real Estate Sales Job Responsibilities: Handle sales operations from the project site office . Attend walk-in clients and scheduled site visits. Understand the client’s requirements and explain the project, land, location, pricing, amenities and future potential .

Conduct clients through the site and provide a complete project presentation and site tour . Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong lead pipeline. Handle client queries, negotiations and objections professionally.

Work towards converting leads and closing deals . Coordinate the complete sales process from initial enquiry and site visit to booking and documentation . Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, bookings and client interactions.

Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a professional experience throughout the sales journey.

Ideal Candidate: Someone confident, presentable and target-oriented with solid communication, negotiation and closing skills. The candidate should be comfortable independently handling clients at the project site.
