Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, confident, and target-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Contact potential customers through calls, visits, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Location: Pune

Salary: 15000 to 25000 + Incentives per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
