AYUJ HEALTH CARE PRIVATE LIMITED is expanding its sales team in Pune and looking for an energetic, target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing Ayurvedic & Herbal Products business.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Position: Sales Executive – Ayurvedic & Herbal Products

Education: 12th Pass & Above

Experience: 0–3 Years

Salary: As per experience + Travel/Petrol Allowance + Attractive Incentives

Two-Wheeler & Valid Driving Licence: Preferred

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in

- FMCG Sales
- Retail & General Trade
- Ayurvedic / Herbal Products
- Pharma / Healthcare
- Personal Care / Cosmetics
- Distributor & Retail Sales

FMCG field-sales experience and an existing Pune retailer/distributor network will be a strong advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Visit retail stores, pharmacies, Ayurvedic stores, salons and distributors across Pune
- Generate new retail outlets and distributor accounts
- Promote and sell AYUJ Ayurvedic & Herbal products
- Take orders and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors




- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Follow up on orders and payments
- Maintain daily sales and visit reports

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 12th Pass or Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- 1–3 years of field-sales experience preferred
- FMCG experience highly preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of the Pune local market
- Marathi & Hindi communication skills preferred
- Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred
- Willingness to travel within Pune
- Hardworking, sincere and target-oriented attitude
