Role Description The Sales Engineer role at MODERN SURGICALS is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati.

The Sales

Engineer will manage the sales process for surgical and medical products, including identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical explanations tailored to customer needs. This role involves regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities, building relationships with medical professionals and procurement teams, and following up on leads to close sales.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, preparing proposals and quotations, monitoring market trends, and reporting on sales activities and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand product specifications and provide appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with healthcare professionals and address inquiries clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on achieving targets ethically.
