SALES CO-ORDINATOR

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the sales team in generating quotes, proposals etc.
2. Coordinate with the Internal and external teams to ensure timely conversion of leads.
3. Handle customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
5. Address customer concerns and issues promptly, working to resolve them to their satisfaction.
6. Maintain a customer database,



updating contact information and interactions
7. Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and management.
8. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
9. Assist in forecasting sales targets and monitoring progress towards goals
10. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
11. Manage and maintain sales documentation, Agreements, and records.
12. Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.

QUALIFICATION

1. Should have good verbal and writing communication skill
2. Data analytics and Power Point Presentation capability
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel / Word) is required
4. Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
5. Any Graduate / Freshers can apply.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
