1. Coordinating the internal sales activities by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant information to customers
2. Reviewing purchase orders, verifying payment terms with salespersons and reviewing contract terms, conditions and communicating gaps to customer
3. Should make detailed quotation, technical datasheets and send budgetary offers based on price lists.
4. Ensuring adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
5. Should follow-up with customer for payments
6. Be well-versed with MS Word and Excel, MS Teams, Outlook and Sharepoint
7. Must have his own vehicle to get around within the city for visits
8. Should be able to understand technical terms used in industry and should be well-versed with engineering concepts. Exposure to pump, valve and instrumentation industry is desirable. Previous experience with process automation or process instrumentation is highly desirable
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization

Responding to customer complaints and give after-sales support when requested
11. Prepare and maintain documents of sales quotations, technical datasheets, DAP, inspection reports and customer complaints, customer feedback as per company ISO 9001 system.
12. Inform clients of delays or problems. Should be able to organise service visits of service team members by coordinating gatepass and other formalities
13. Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi language (optionally)
14. Develop and maintain records and positive relationship with customers. Should always be available for customer calls and meetings
15. Coordinate information between design, production departments and customer requirements
