Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator for our Foam Division. The candidate will support the New Business Development team in identifying potential B2B customers, following up on enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating samples and converting current enquiries into regular business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify prospective B2B customers through online research, directories, references and other sources

- Contact potential customers through calls, emails and WhatsApp

- Understand customer requirements regarding foam type, size, thickness, density, quantity and application

- Introduce the companys foam products and manufacturing capabilities

- Handle enquiries from furniture manufacturers, interior contractors, hotels, packaging companies, automotive businesses, footwear manufacturers and other industries

- Prepare and share quotations,



product details and company presentations

- Coordinate foam sample development and dispatch with the factory

- Follow up on samples, quotations, price approvals and trial orders

- Maintain complete lead details, follow-up dates, requirements and remarks in the CRM

- Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch, accounts and logistics teams

- Track pending orders, dispatch schedules and customer payments

- Follow up with inactive and potential customers to generate new business

- Prepare daily and weekly reports for enquiries, samples, quotations and orders

- Support the sales team in achieving new customer and sales targets

- Build professional, long-term relationships with customers
