Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and punch customer sales orders accurately into the system.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Dispatch, Purchase, and Accounts to ensure smooth order execution.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and emails professionally.
- Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Keep accurate records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS as required by management.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, deliveries,



and pending requirements.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal departments.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and documentation.
