Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers for order processing, dispatch planning, and delivery follow-ups
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Support the sales team with quotations, order entries, invoices, and sample dispatches
- Prepare sales MIS reports, stock status updates, and customer outstanding summaries
- Maintain customer databases, order records, and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliation and credit notes

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Science
- 4+ years of experience in sales coordination or back-office support (preferably in polymers,chemicals, or industrial products)
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tally (or any ERP), and email communication
- Robust communication skills and customer-centric attitude
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and follow through on deadlines
