Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Mode: In-Office

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Client Relationship Executive to manage sales activities and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business leads through calls, references, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information and support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in customer handling and sales will be preferred.
