Location: Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Position: Sales & Business Development Executive (Paints)

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month

Experience: 2+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in any of the following industries:

- Paints
- Laminates
- Wallpapers
- Wooden Flooring
- Window Blinds
- Texture Paints
- Decorative Building Materials
- Lighting Industry

Strong experience in

- Sales & Business Development
- Channel Sales
- Project Sales
- Dealer & Retailer Management
- Architect Relationship Management
- Territory Management
- Market Development
- Business Development

Existing network with

- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Paint Dealers
- Retailers
- Builders
- Contractors

Must be comfortable travelling within Mumbai and to Chembur.

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Must possess a valid Driving Licence and own a Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler.

Key Responsibilities





* Develop business in the assigned territory.

- Achieve sales targets.
- Generate project leads through architects.
- Expand dealer and retailer network.
- Build long-term relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and retailers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure product availability and support channel partners.
- Coordinate order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
