We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our real-estate channel partnership company. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, understand property requirements, recommend suitable residential projects and convert leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable apartments, villas or plots.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and offers.
- Arrange and conduct project site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales.
- Coordinate with builders and internal teams until booking completion.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.

Candidate Requirements





- 1–2 years of B2C sales experience.
- Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobiles, hospitality or similar customer-facing sales is preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with calling customers and conducting site visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of the Bhubaneswar market will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
