Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our wholesale jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for handling retailers and jewellery dealers, generating new business, showcasing jewellery collections, managing orders, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle wholesale customers, jewellery retailers, dealers, and business clients.
- Generate new customers and develop business opportunities.
- Present and explain jewellery collections, designs, pricing, and product details to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regularly follow up for repeat orders.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the inventory and billing teams for order processing and delivery.
- Keep customers updated about new collections, designs, offers, and stock availability.




- Visit retailers and potential customers when required to generate business.
- Maintain records of customers, orders, payments, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery sales or wholesale sales preferred.
- Experience dealing with jewellery retailers/dealers will be an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of jewellery designs, products, and pricing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and billing/CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
