- Team Leadership and Supervision: Assign tasks, guide workers, build collaboration, and lead by example.

- Hiring and Staffing: Participate in the recruitment process, conduct interviews, train recent hires, and support onboarding.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee departmental expenses, allocate resources efficiently, and track financial performance.
- Communication and Liaison: Connect frontline staff with upper management, sharing policies, updates, and feedback in both directions.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate disagreements between coworkers and handle escalated customer or client issues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
