Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in the Pune Division. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and present tailored merchandise solutions that align with each brand’s needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and product demos, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, participating in events or client activations, gathering market insights,



and providing training or product guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. The specialist is expected to maintain organized records of sales activities, meet revenue targets, and represent Instill Idees with professional communication and customer service.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue goals.
- Experience in Training, including the ability to guide clients or team members on products, processes, and best practices.
- Background in marketing, brand promotion, or merchandising, preferably within corporate gifting, printing, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to travel locally for client meetings and events as needed.
