About the Role

Terrace Garden India is looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead client acquisition and brand growth for our luxury terrace garden, landscaping, and outdoor living projects across India. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales strategy, digital marketing, lead conversion, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert high-quality leads through digital and offline marketing.
- Handle client inquiries and convert consultations into project closures.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams for smooth client handovers.
- Build relationships with architects, builders,



consultants, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
- Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, interiors, architecture, or real estate will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
